Jessy Abraham is the Founder and CEO of Thrive, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience in the aviation industry. She leads Thrive's mission to empower individuals and organisations through transformative coaching, strategic people initiatives, leadership development, and impactful change management.

Jessy is passionate about unlocking potential in people and driving meaningful cultural change within organisations. Throughout her aviation career, she has pioneered numerous transformational projects, leveraging her deep expertise in performance management and team dynamics to create environments where individuals and teams can thrive.

A dedicated advocate for advancing industry practices, Jessy served as an advisor during the establishment of the Dubai College of Tourism, representing the aviation sector. She is also a Contributor to the Harvard Business Review, reflecting her commitment to developing future talent and strengthening industry standards.

Jessy holds an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources, complemented by leadership certifications from Harvard Business School and Marshall Goldsmith’s Executive Coaching program. She is also a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. Jessy resides in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
